• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, that round will be voided and your bet will be returned.

• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.
• In the event of incorrect odds being displayed, pokersi reserves the right to apply the correct odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pokersi. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

• Playing using bots, automated software, or scripts.

• Payments involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Using another person's account or gaining unauthorized access.

Pokersi reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Under normal circumstances, users will be notified before any account closure.

• If you request to close your account, any remaining net balance will be refunded to you.
